Generating Sequence Logo from single RNA-protein complex

NucleicNet can readily generate sequence logo diagrams using our prediction result when base locations are ascertained by a single RNA-protein complex. Please upload a protein structure model without any RNA below.
To allow a uniform processing of PDB files, users are recommended to check validity of their input files by observing criteria specified on https://github.com/NucleicNet/NucleicNet/wiki/Specification-on-PDB-input-files.
Download an example of first upload directly here. Download an example of second file upload here. The first file upload refers to a protein-only PDB file. The second file upload refers to a known site input.
More examples of the first file upload can be found on https://github.com/NucleicNet/NucleicNet/tree/master/GridData.
More examples of the second file upload can be found on https://github.com/NucleicNet/NucleicNet/tree/master/Control.

For small size protein (e.g. PDBID: 2adc with < 300 residues), full run should take less than 5 minutes.
For large size protein (e.g. PDBID: 4f3t with > 800 residues), full run could take more than 10 minutes.
