dPORE - miRNA: Dragon database on Polymorphic Regulation of human miRNA genes

dPORE is a database that integrates information from promoter regions of human miRNA genes, SNPs, and predicted TFBSs in the promoter regions. The web-interface allows to explore the effect of SNPs on the transcriptional regulation of miRNA genes. The focus is on SNPs that affect TFBSs or lead to the creation of a TFBS. On the other hand, only TFBSs are included that are themselves affected by SNPs.

The current version of dPORE is based on dbSNP130, HG18, and Biobase BKL. For more information feel free to contact us.
