VIRUSMINT VirusMINT aims at collecting and annotating in a structured format all the interactions between human and viral proteins and to integrate this information in the human protein interaction network.
VirHostNet VirHostNet: a knowledge base for the management and the analysis of proteome-wide virus-host interaction networks.
BSFINDER BSFINDER: finding binding sites of HCV proteins using a support vector machine.
euHCVdb A collection of computer-annotated sequences based on reference genomes. The annotations include genome mapping of sequences, use of recommended nomenclature, subtyping as well as three-dimensional (3D) molecular models of proteins.
LANL HCV The HCV sequence database collects and annotates sequence data and provides them to the public via a website that contains a user-friendly search interface and a large number of sequence analysis tools, based on the model of the highly regarded Los Alamos HIV database.
HVDB Contains all the HCV, HBV, and HEV sequences available at INSDC. In the HVDB, all piece sequences obtained from INSDC are arranged to the genomesequence of each virus. Also given in the database are the phylogenetic relationships of each locus on the genome among variants for each virus.
VBRC HCVdb VBRC is a cooperative project of several groups with the mission of providing to the scientific community studying the hepatitis C virus a comprehensive battery of informational and analytical tools.
BIND The Biomolecular Interaction Network Database archives biomolecular interaction, complex and pathway information. A web-based system is available to query, view and submit records.
DIP The Database of Interacting Proteins aims to integrate the diverse body of experimental evidence on protein–protein interactions into a single, easily accessible online database.
HPRD The Human Protein Reference Database represents a centralized platform to visually depict and integrate information pertaining to domain architecture, post-translational modifications, interaction networks and disease association for each protein in the human proteome.
INTACT IntAct is an open source database and software suite for modeling, storing and analyzing molecular interaction data. The data available in the database originates entirely from published literature and is manually annotated by expert biologists to a high level of detail, including experimental methods, conditions and interacting domains.
MINT The Molecular INTeraction database aims at storing, in a structured format, information about molecular interactions (MIs) by extracting experimental details from work published in peer-reviewed journals.
DESHCV Dragon exploratory system on Hepatitis C Virus (DESHCV), a biomedical text-mining and relationship exploring knowledgebase was developed by exploring literature on Hepatitis C Virus.
